Im 5 days op and im constipated what can I do

Everyday I'm going to the gym and strength training but this is bothering me

Hey im in sc and my doctor has rescheduled mines twice and this is my last time I've lost 17lbs and drinking water blood pressure and blood sugar been good ok Thursday it was you gained two lbs ok this week coming up she said i needed to resistance bands i needed to gain muscle and not lose muscle ive been on optifast since July 10 diet been great when I lost the weight i asked her are you proud of me she replied i don't want your blood sugar to be dropping that low i got smart with my doctor one time and he haven't cared for me every since so im thinking she's trying to find anything that will keep me from having the surgery what do yall think

Hey John my foot had swollen up to where I couldn't walk it's still painful it's like a tooth ache is that gout or nerve damaged in my foot I'm a diabetic too
