My paper work was submitted without my clearance from the hematologist. I received clearance on 7/20 is this what the insurance co could be talking about in regards to the clinical information necessary to review the request. I pray so. The letter was sent 7/15. My coordinator already gave me a heads up. Also surgery date is August 12th. I'm sooo nervous

Could be notes or weigh ins by the surgeons office call the insurance company and ask them what it means what are they missing etc?

I will definitely be calling first thing in the morning. Thanks
