Congratulations on starting your journey. So many people will tell you the first few days are the hardest and that was my experience too. I'm now 11 days post op and feel better than I have in years.

The first 3 days were the hardest/most painful for me. It gets better each day. I had mine 6/25. Don't forget to take your MiraLAX/fiber supplement!

I was sleeved July 14. It does get better with time. Listen to your body. I made the mistake of thinking everything was the same as before the surgery and took gulps and over drank. That was an uncomfortable miserable feeling. Take one day at a time it gets better.

Hang in there. Everyday will bring you closer to feeling better. Get some rest and congrats!

Haven't been able to drink more than 4 oz Water due to drinking shakes. Hopefully I get better with it.

And yes these past few days are the worst. To top it off I got my menstrual same day I came back from hospital.

Positive thoughts to everyone enduring this. It's so painful and uncomfortable.
