How long do you have to wait to drive after your surgery

I was 6 days post OP yesterday (Sunday) and drove for the first time

Although really the only reason I waited that long was I still had the on-q pump attached to me that made the seat belt uncomfortable

I felt fine enough to drive short distance probably second day after surgery

Movement isnt nearly as restricted as you think

This was the 21st major surgery I've had since my 18th birthday. It's the first one i walked out of the hospital with the next day. Every other time be left a hospital they made me sit in a wheelchair
