When did you start feeling more energetic?

Hi everyone I'm pre op and feeling so low in energy the last 3-4 months as I've hit my heaviest weight :/ How long after surgery and/or after how much weight loss did you feel a real tangible increase in energy?

Thanks in advance!

Its hard to answer this because pre op I was a mess. My iron levels were so critically low that I had to delay surgery for t weeks of iron Infusions. I was also low on vitamin d and was given a prescription for it so I pretty much felt like crap most of my pre op time. I am week 7 post op and I still struggle with my energy levels but do feel so much better
