Whey Protein Drink

Hi everyone!

This is my cry for help! I'm on day 8 of the pre op. liquid diet and I am not tolerating all the Protein drinks, and I know they are essential to our health and protein after surgery.

I'm just afraid i'm allergic to the whey. This is probably too much information, so sorry, but they are giving me severe diarrhea and gas.

What am I going to do after surgery for a good Protein Drink without whey protein?

Help! :-)

Hi!!!! Do you have GNC or Complete Nutrition near you ? If so go talk to them I love the people at my GNC they make tons of protien some with out the whey go check it out!

Try more than one brand. Myoplex Lite gave me terrible gas, but SlimFast High Protein did not. I know it's frustrating, but each brand is composed a bit differently.
