I've been getting that pain too. Been wondering what it is...

My pain feels like that pain you get when you run (like hard running) ....at the gym they call that pain a "stitch"...

My dr told me that sharp pains are okay. It's just the body readjusting and the nerve endings are getting back in position. He says to pay more attention to persistent pain that increases in severity and doesn't go away.

Yeah like on my left right at the bottom of my rib cage fine if I'm sitting but if I get up and walk around some it will hurt.i was just worried about my stomach where they cut it

I had my sleeve 10/16/15 and still get some left side pain from time to time. It freaked me out when it first started. I'll be fine and then all of a sudden get it. It's more of an ache right below my rib cage. I messaged my doctor and they said as long as everything else was normal not to worry about it.
