A surgery date that is. My insurance told me on the phone that they approved my surgery yesterday. They said it will be faxed to my surgeon tomorrow. I gave the authorization number to my doctors office, but they won't schedule anything until they get the fax.

Congrats! I'm in the same boat with you. I too was approved this week but I have another "results visit" appointment on 7/20 and my surgery will be scheduled then. Super excited!

I am just really mad because the staff at the office led me to believe they could schedule as soon as I had my approval and now they recanted and say it had to go through an internal office process first.
