    Hi Lovingdavid!

    Yes!!! I too had my sleeve on July 30, 2014! At first, it took some great adjustments (getting use to quantity of foods, etc). Doing really well now. Exercise in gym 2 to 3 times a week. I am a slow loser (weight), but I lost over 70 lbs! I will visit my bariatric team later this month for my one year anniversary! Hope you are doing well!

    Hi well I also had my surgery in July so I been wondering about all the people that started around the same time ???? I also have my appointment coming in two weeks. I try to work out As much as possible. Am down 90+ want to lose 30 more and of course get a few things fix lol

    4everbeautiful I had my surgery July 16 ???? sorry I forgot to add that. Been doing well myself but lately been hungry lol but still staying at my same weight. So am happy! I actually went yesterday to the DMV for a new ID and the lady taking the picture was like wow you look amazing and showed me the difference on the computer ????. It felt very nice!!
