6 months post op, no weight loss in 5 weeks!

Has anyone else experienced this? This is my second time plateauing for quite some time! I have an appointment on Friday for my 6 month follow up, but embarrassed I didn't meet the goal set for me...

Per the program I went through, the body can only absorb 30g of protein in one sitting. Maybe drink half of the shake for breakfast then again at mid morning?

I am 6 weeks post-op today and I have only lost 1.4 lbs in the last 2.5 weeks. UGH! Frustrating. Back in the 'before' days if I hit a plateau; I'd go eat a double cheeseburger - and boom..broke the plateau. But can't do that now. So..I guess my body thinks it's not getting enough and fighting to hold on to what it has; but not sure how to break it to get back in losing mode. I'll just have to wait it out I guess by continuing to drink/eat Protein, etc. Any suggestions?

At 6 weeks I wouldn't worry! I lost 30 lb before surgery and then 9 days after surgery had post op internal bleeding. They gave me 28lb of fluid and I walked out my second stint more than what I weighed before surgery and bloated. My metabolism kicked in around 2-3 months and that's when I lost the most.
