My 4 month appointment is in a week or so and I really don't want to go???????? I don't feel as if I lost enough weight so far

Wow in going through the same thing I thought I was the only one! The whole month of June I don't think I lost any pounds at all! I struggled and I noticed the more I seem to eat especially protein then I wake up boom s few pounds lost overnight its so crazy

I am exactly at 46 pounds as of today including pre op and my date was 3/17

I had mine in March and I don't think I've lost enough either ????????

I'm also at a 3 week stall I was upset about it

I had WLS on March 17th a week before surgery I was 317 now I'm 293 as of today ???????????????????????????????????? I'm excited

I was told to take Miralax I took it for 2 days and finally had my first bowl movement

I have to be at the hospital at 6am tomorrow morning I am getting the RNY I'm 27 years old and never had any major surgeries or health problems I am just morbidly obese with a lot of joint and back pain with limited activity. any advice anyone would like to share

@@srayl61 I can't wait until I can be active and not have joint pain that is one of my many Goals! But as of right now now it actually hurts a bit right now because my body is really sore...i also had a Hernia repaired at the same time as my RNY and I'm still in quite a bit of pain

Omg I felt the same way! I couldn't even completely stick to my 2 week liquid diet because my love for food was so strong... I just had my surgery the day before yesterday and the day before surgery I was upset with myself for not eating at favorite restaurant.. Yes it was that bad I had to see my therapist. But I'm 2 days post op and as of now I don't have any cravings or desire to eat.. Hopefully when I get home it stays that way

I had my RNY yesterday and I'll be going home tomorrow

I am so excited to embark on this weight loss journey let's support each other! Because you will need people to talk to especially people who have gone through it

@@blashlee hi I'm 27 and I had gastric bypass yesterday and i am still in the hospital right now. ...Besides the pain I have walked yesterday and today.... they also found a Hernia and repaired it as well so my pain experience is so much like labor pains if you have a child you would know what I mean ●_● omg but I have no problems so far....other than being morbidly obese I am a healthy 27 year old...i think I worried so much about the day of surgery and all of the horror stories that it's really was not that bad...

@@Annesia my surgery was yesterday and it felt like labor pains for me when I first woke up and when the medicine begins to wear off

My doctor also fixed a Hernia I had which I was unaware I had so I think that contributed to my pains as well...But it is all worth it!!! I can't wait to reach my Milestones

Gas pains was in my stomach I just passed gas finally I feel better as of right now....The pain when I first woke up felt like labor pains for me ●_● omg especially when the pain medication begins to wear off...i was in tears 3 am this morning. ..i walked 8 laps yesterday which made me feel a lot better
