Soft mushy foods?

Hi all

I'm hoping my dr will tell me tomorrow that o can start on soft mushy foods but can you guys give me an idea of what that consists of? I am 6 days post-op and have been on liquid (not clear) all week.

Thx! ????

One of my friends who didn't get great results ate raviolis. I glanced at the can today and the extra meaty ones had I think 10 grams of protein? So I'm definitely going to recheck that label when it gets closer. One YouTuber said she eat Vienna sausages and baby food cheese puffs. Says it gives a crunch but turns to mush in your mouth. Just a few things I've been looking at.
