Aetna Ins. Approval?

Hi, I was told by the Ins. area at the Doctors and Hospital that my Ins. Co Aetna could take up to 2 to 4 weeks to give us the go ahead with surgery :( HELP! Is this true with anyone else?

    Mine took one week after entire package was submitted by office/all prerequisites met. Surgeon office called me.
