A blessing or a curse?

At 5:30 I hooved a cup of split pea soup at 6:30 I ate an entire Yoplait yogurt and at 7:40 a string cheese. Crazy.

Curse? You might not be getting enough at anyone sitting to hold you off until the next meal, but I would think you are eating a little too close together. I think we are supposed to be waiting 3 or 4 hours in between...

You are right

Don't want you to think I was judging you! I never seem to actually be full until evening but I am too scared to eat too close together. Having said that, I just had something to eat that wasn't satisfying so then I ate a Laughing Cow cheese wedge very fast and was trying to get in a popsicle before I was too full and realized it was too late. Luckily I finally threw away half the popsicle but only because I feared vomiting! Scary that I have the same old habits - like I was fooling someone by eating quickly! (PS - there is no one else here! Why would I be trying to "hide" food? Only from myself! So foolish....)

I have never barfed our felt like barfing I just feel full but soon after I'm hungry again. But I'm still under 600 calories a day so I guess I'm ok. I have had dumping syndrome or whatever it's called twice and it blows. Literally. :)

Ugh! Sorry to hear that. I have not done that yet and hope that I don't BUT I haven't been as adventurous with food as you have yet. Mostly out of fear which I have to get over or I will never be able to eat nutriously!

I eat every 2 or so hours, not big meals, but that's how I maintain protein and because I get hungry

That's pretty much what I do but yesterday I didn't eat enough at lunch and was so hungry by 5:30.

Update... In my invincible feeling I ate a spoonful of peanut butter last nite. Immediately I felt so sick and couldn't barf and I still feel bad this morning. Just gurgly and barfy feeling :(

ugh...I'm in the middle of a dumping bout right now...first time, will never ever ever do this again! my own fault, I should know better. I had a small amount of plain high protein spaghetti with a little bit of butter. I think I ate too much too fast. Oye!
