4th week 600 calories?

Is that abnormal? I feel like I could eat 700.

No not at all. I think I was eating that at 4 week. I didn't go up to 800 until 3 mnths and I only recently went up to 1000. I'm a little over 9 mths out.

That is totally normal. The majority of the volume of your foods should be Protein and good veggies. You could always up the calories with less than healthy choices but of course that is what we want to avoid. If eating properly you should be able to stay full and eat healthy at 600 calories.
