I have seen my surgeon and dietician numerous times for this issue that I keep having in the same thing I keep hearing is give it time keep pushing fluids and protein in two more months you will not feel like you do right now. I had gastric bypass in April. At times when I have tried to introduce food I have felt horrible so they tell me to back off go back to liquid for a few days and then progressed again. Each time I introduce food to this pouch I feel sick to my stomach I feel like its stuck even though I am chewing 50-60 times before I swallow baby size bites. My question is what are all of you eating or what were all of you eating at 10 weeks out? I've discovered that I seriously cannot get a protein shake in whatsoever. My body literally rejecting the second I sipped them. The dietitian suggested sipping warm liquids before I eat a meal to kind of wake my pouch up. I do that but the second I eat something again my body rejects food unable to get it down but within minutes I feel nauseated and it comes up please help.
