July 7th

Hello everyone!! My surgery is scheduled for July 7th and I am wondering if anyone else is having surgery that day??? Thanks so much!!!

    That's exciting!! When do you have to start your pre-op liquid diet??

    My doc only requires 2 days of clear liquid because she requires weight loss before e dr scheduling surgery. She thinks a 2-week pre-op diet only makes sense if there wasn't weight loss in advance.

    Oh really?? Mine requires a 7 day liquid diet because that helps shrink the liver. I have also been on a diet while doing this process but the pre-op liquid diet isn't for weight loss.

    Mine is July 3rd. My pre op is the day before. No Diet for me. I'm assuming because I have a lower BMI.
