I have a question

I am going to 2 weeks this Thursday from my surgery. I am currently on puree stage. My question is as follows I have my meals and stop when I start to get the hip cup it's a sign that I am full but two hours go by and my stomachache is growling and it hurts as soon as I eat something it stops my pain goes away and my stomach stops growling. Sorry for the long post but does happen to anyone else?

Thanks in advance for your input.

How much food are you consuming in one sitting? You mentioned you stop when you get hiccups. You shouldn't be consuming more than 4oz at a time.

I really don't know in ounces I should start to measure like in my diet I can have scrambled eggs I do one egg but I have 3 teaspoons and I'm done.

I haven't seen scrambled eggs listed until after the 5th week and it's normally egg whites.

It's important to measure your food. You may need to buy 4oz containers in order to store your food for later or next day and eat small portions not the entire spoon at once.

You may also be having some acid reflux. This acts like hunger for some people. Are you one an acid blocker/proton pump inhibitor?
