Slow Communication

I don't know if it's just me being nervous, but I've been working with bariatricpals through email to get my surgery scheduled. I know they are probably busy, but I feel the slow response is making me nervous. I know I have nothing to worry about I'm sure.

Anyone else experience slow communication when trying to get things set up?

Hi David not 10 minutes after I posted this I got a reply from Henry! Thank you so much. I'm very excited

I'm with you Rocket. I am having surgery on Friday. The nutritionalist and I have only spoken briefly (less than 3 minutes, she was getting ready to travel) haven't heard from dr. Jesus Lopez. Did get a call today from someone confirming things are ready and to pay my additional $3400... Hoping it all goes smooth!!

katalystic I had a similar problem with another place I was trying to get into. I took a few months off and then found Bariatric pal and have been impressed so far.

I have been pleased with my communication with everyone so far. I am scheduled for revision surgery on Sept. 7 and have already had a long talk with Dr. A and all my emails have been promptly addressed by Henry and the anesthesiologist. Carmen (Nutritionist) and I have skyped and she has even sent me recipes already. So i'm a happy girl and looking forward to my date.
