3 Days Post-op----HELP

So I had my gastric bypass on Thursday. I am feeling really good......minimal pain, but I am hungry. I thought I was not supposed to be hungry. I am starting protien shakes today, but I am just beside myself on figuring out the food part of all of this. HELP.

If you feel hungry, drink water. At 3 days out from my sleeve, I was sipping something pretty much all day. Sugar free Popsicles help, too.

Try small amounts of broth also. That helped me.
