    Officially 7 days post op and feeling fantastic! Down 10lbs and loving life. Can't wait til Thursday when I can add foods to my day - cottage cheese mashed potatoes. Yeah

    I'm doing great no pain. I'm bloated today and not sure why but following program and getting stronger each day

    The medical gas they use during the procedure is known for that. Plus there is likely some bloat due to pain meds making your digestion slower. I just had an emergency repair of an internal hernia & I gained 10 pounds from all the fluids they gave me.

    Just walk as much as you can & drink lots of Water it will help with the bloating.
