Diarrhea?

Has anyone had this problem? Am almost 4 weeks past sleeve and have had diarrhea daily or every 1 1/2 days since about day 5. Usually happens right after protein shake. Switched to lactose free & still happens. Dr. Says should resolve when I start regular food and ok to take immodium as needed, and that probiotics may help. Any thoughts from anyone?
