Day 11

I started picking up my one year old today and I feel fine. I held out as long as I could with my mom flying in to help and my ex husband helping this weekend but now we are on our own. Kinda dreading tonite because being by myself in the evening is when I miss food the most.

My advice is sugar free freeze pops, taste really bad for you but are just frozen fluids, I started them yesterday and they taste so sweet and flavorful but they are also good for me, cravings just go away

Be careful when picking up the baby. I know you don't have an option...but take it easy when you have to. ????. And just remember, you're not alone! You have made it 11 days! I remember when I was like 2 days out and think what the heck did I do...? But now I'm a month. Still have those moments, but when I do, I force myself to find something else to do. Like checking out bariatric pal. You can even word search topics, and see what other people had to say when they were feeling a certain way. Like for me... I'm a month out. I get regretful and depressed more often than I'd like to admit... So I'll search for those topics and read others advice, or post a new topic of my own. It helps me to feel grounded and keep on going. Just like you will do. One day at at time. You've got this!
