The easy way out? Bullcrap!

Some people think having WLS is the easy way out. That is such bullcrap. I have never worked so hard at something (eating right, eating enough, making myself eat, drinking water, working out, etc). It is no walk in the park. Certainly not the easy way out but so worth it. I really appreciate the second change at life.

I have been sleeved for over 10 months. It has not been easy! The sleeve is just a tool. I have to work every day to be healthy. it's a personal choice to be sleeved. Easy is doing the same all thing and getting the same results. Doing nothing and remaining fat is easy. I personally have no regrets except for I wish I could've done it years ago. This process does not guarantee weight-loss. You can still be fat if you want to! I choose to work at being healthy! It's your choice make it and live with it.

I love having gastric bypass surgery but the honeymoon is over! I am 18 months out and at a stall. Starting to get Back on Track with the help of the Losing It app. Is is tough but refusing to give in to eating junk will be a goal for me.

You got that right. There is nothing easy about this whole life changing process. You still have to diet and exercise as with any diet. So when people say, "the easy way out," I wanna say they can suck it.
