  1. I am also going through this with my weight loss journey. I'm down 91 lbs but I fluctuate 3lbs or so. I hate to exercise but my job requires me to go up and down the school bus stairs. I am a school bus monitor. I will be done with school in 2 days and fear not getting the exercise I need. I know how you feel
  2. I love having gastric bypass surgery but the honeymoon is over! I am 18 months out and at a stall. Starting to get Back on Track with the help of the Losing It app. Is is tough but refusing to give in to eating junk will be a goal for me.
