If they said I can take my regular medications and even without crushing them..what is the rule about no vitamins the first 2 weeks about?

Do you mean they have told you you can swallow tablets but not vitamins? Or are they just too big? Cut them in half? I never got any specific instructions. But do be aware, even though I am not and never have been very tight, I do find anything other than small tablets a problem.

Yes, they said my medications are fine as long as they are small. I haven't had a problem with those..but it says no vitamins the first 2 weeks on my post op instructions..weird ...maybe because they assume vitamins are larger pills? I might call to ask but I only have a few more days until the 2 week mark anyways.

I didn't get that warning but if it's not the size of the vitamins, could it be the irritation to the stomach? Iron is hard on the stomach. Just a guess.
