How were some of you able to lose so much weight in so little time? For example 3 mos post op and have already lost almost 50-80 lbs. What are ya'll secrets? Because I'm 6 weeks and only have lost 32 lbs. I'm far from losing almost 80 by the time my 3 month surgiversary arrives. Help me please!!!

Awe @@TEXASLADY52, I love the way you put that into a better perspective for me. You're right I'll get to my goal when I get there and have to learn that patience and hard work will get me there. This is not a competition and we are all striving to get to the goal line. This is my journey and mine alone. Thanks everyone for making me look at this in a more positive light. I'm thankful I found this site and I'm truly thankful for all of you.
