Losing Weight

So today I had an appointment with the nutritionist. I am currently 308 lbs @5'5 . Most of my weight gain is from having kids. I have three. So of course I'm too busy to exercise and focus in me. But I'm excited to finally do something by having bypass . I have to lose weight and keep track of the foods I eat. This is going to be the hardest challenge ever! If I could lose weight by dieting I wouldn't be getting wls.

Good luck on your journey.

Thanks James its so hard ugh!

Good luck I'm almost a month out from Gastric bypass, my advise is pay attention to your stomach it will tell you when enough is enough. Don't lay flat food or drinks want to come out. I've only got sick once cause it tasted to good to stop. Nothing taste that good. Glad to answer any questions you have.

I. An absolutely relate! I have 3 months to lose 20lbs and I am kinda freaking out. I too am a mom, I have a 3 yr old energetic little girl lol as well as a full time job that can be demanding. Its just hard. Focusing on diet and having time to exercise is difficult but I keep telling myself if I don't make time for it now how will I after surgery? I won't be successful & that's my biggest fear.

@@AmandaRo522 ..you and I are both in for it . I have three kids and is a fulltime mom .I agree its challenging so just try to eat like a king for breakfast, eat like a queen for lunch, and eat like a peasant for dinner

Also don't worry too much about exercising
