  9. I had my surgery May 6 2015 I am very lucky I had 1 week of pain, I'm about 14 weeks out I have lost 35 pounds thought should be more, I'm disabled so that slows it down. My PCP is the best he said look how long you tried to lose weight you look great so a pound is a pound. My stomach is tough I eat what I want but also get 100 grams of protein everyday can't eat much so about 700 calories a day sometimes more. Just listen to your body it knows. Wishing you luck.

Don't lose hope drink ur shakes eat what you can when I get depressed I go for walks with my best buddy my dog love is unconditional my hubby works a lot too and I'm disabled so it sucks, I joined the American Legion getting ready to join the moose just get out and love you for who you are my weight loss is slow cause I can't move to exercise but as my PCP said I'm losing not gaining so it's all good. Love yourself first and you will be fine

Biotin is good but 15 mg of zinc a day also. I got from GNC a supplement called be-beautiful, also take 5000 extra biotin and zinc. Eat extra Protein too helps I was told. 30. Good luck I'm almost a month out from Gastric bypass, my advise is pay attention to your stomach it will tell you when enough is enough. Don't lay flat food or drinks want to come out. I've only got sick once cause it tasted to good to stop. Nothing taste that good. Glad to answer any questions you have.
