OMG! People with a 9/29 surgery day-- it is finally here!! Good luck today!

My surgery isn't until 1100-- I do have to get up early because we have a compute for preschool/traffic in the morning!

Today is my surgery day

I think there a few more besides us! I am almost at the hospital now!!

My surgery is at 11- what time is yours? Good luck!!!! Hoping for speedy recovery for us both! ????

Praying for everyone

My surgery was 9/21 and I'm so shocked to hear some people's stories who were within days of me. I'm not getting in 64oz. of water or 60-80 g of protein. My best day so far was 40 oz. of water and 40g of protein. Also kudos to those of you back to work. Week two is proving tough for me. I'm VERY weak and really tired.

yes it's hard to get all the fluids plus the protein. I was weak and tired. I started taking b12 and vitamins And immediately started feeling better.

Sounds like we are in the same boat! I actually met my fluid and protein goals one day. Then GI upset started and I've gotten about half the fluids and barely any protein the last two days. Had a clinic visit today and hoping things will look up soon. I'm also tired and weak. Hang in there!

Today is my second night in the hospital-- I am so surprised I have almost no pain! I ha r no problem getting my laps in and getting up for the bathroom---

The feeling of gas/bloating is bothering me- I can't seem to get it moving along!

I am still on IV fluids and haven't got close to the 40oz goal they want for me... They say I can be discharged before than, but that seems crazy!!

I had my surgery in the 28th and discharged the following evening. I have been doing better on my sips at home. When I woke up this morning, the gas pain was terrible. After moving around the house and some gas x, it got much better. I hope that those of you that had yours this week are doing well!

I am home now!! Yeah! September surgeries are complete! ❤️❤️
