Aetna people

How long did it take for Aetna to make a decision? I got an email from my surgeons office that they have submitted to Aetna for approval and I'm just wondering how long to expect. Did you call Aetna directly to inquire? I'm really anxious!

I just found out this morning that I'm approved. It took two weeks to the day for Aetna to approve.

My surgeon's office called me.

I got my approval in five days.

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting. Do you still have to go through all the testing and months of waiting to switch from the band to the sleeve? Or is it quicker than the first time? I have aetna.

You may want start a new posting with this question. I personally cannot answer that.

Only took 4 days. My patient coordinator turned everything in and dealt with Aetna.
