What do the instructions from your surgeon/NUT say? Every surgeon has a specific post-op program.

I was on Clear liquids week one and full liquids week two with a goal of 100 grams Protein and 64 oz Water per day.

Hi! I am 8 days post op and I am also on liquid diets. It's essential to get that protein in ya. I have been drinking Isopure and Pure Protein shakes as well as clear broths. You got to sip sip sip and get that water in ya. My next stage will be thick liquid and then puréed foods. Everyone is different and yes you should talk to your nutritionist or MD.
