Hello. I had the gastric sleeve done on 5/6/15 and I'm on the liquid diet. The past two days I've been really down in the dumps and questioning if I did the right thing to get this surgery. I know in my heart it was the right thing but my head is telling me different. I'm not really missing food it's the diet Pepsi. For some reason that's the one thing that my focus is on. Old habits die hard! I know it's so bad for you and refuse to even try it. It seems so silly but I think it's because I'm having a hard time finding options to drink. My nausea has been a big battle and even water can make it worse. My taste has changed so much. Anyways did anyone else have a day or two that was hard? Any suggestions of some good drinks to try? Also any suggestion for the nausea? I do have meds for it but that doesn't always do the trick. Thanks for your help!
