Eating Regular Jello

So I got sleeved on the 12th but feel like I'm definitely not getting enough calories in on just one bottle of Gatorade a day (130 calories). I'm thinking of making the change to regular jello and no more sugar free. Anybody else do this and felt a bit better? Because I feel like I'm on day one of pre-op diet and am about to pass out at times.

When can you start having Protein drinks? That is what made the difference for me.

Starting Monday. However, I don't know if I can make it that long.

If it were me, I would drink a second Gatorade before I would eat the full sugar Jello. It won't be such a sugar load if it is spread out in sips over the course of an hour or two. Does a jello even have many calories?

I have no idea if this is medically sound advice, LOL.... but I was thinking that some people do drink watered down apple juice and such post-op.
