Hello!

Haven't been on in a while, hope everyone is doing great! Banded in September 2014, down 58.5 pounds. It's been a journey to say the least! I've stumbled, fallen, felt discouraged but I never gave up. Getting banded was the best decision I ever made. It's work but it's worth it & I'm not stopping until I reach my goal weight. Part of it is reminding myself that this is about me & getting healthy. I wish everyone well & hope we ALL stay the course! Xoxopost-235553-14317289497812_thumb.jpg

Chelle:

I have about the same story as you - May 30th will be one year since my surgery - I lost 65 lbs. by September

Then family trauma and I started to gain - now I am back on track - Yes - I'm doing this for me - I have to remember

that this is just a tool - I must do the work - Good luck to you - and me too.
