I am almost a month out and have gotten the same thing. It's usually because I have either taken too big a bite of food or am eating too quickly. I'm a nurse so I'm used to shoveling in my meals in under 10 minutes. It's been a real adjustment to learn to slow down and chew well but it certainly helps with the cramping sensation when I do.
