I gained weight !

I have a gastric sleeve two months ago and was dropping weight well , but this week I started to gain weight , I've gained five pounds and that this make me crazy , because I'm keeping my diet and not more than 4-5 ounces

Don't panic! Breathe and know that your body knows what it's doing. If you are following your post op instructions you should be fine. Sometimes your body will freak out and store a little more water or apparently build up some weight but then plummet to a new low. Stay focused. Protein, protein, protein!

Thank you I will try to don't freak out!! But it not Easy, I was lost almost 50 points in two months and mow this body want to play to gain weight !!

Sometimes the scale is deceptive try measuring your waiste or see how your clothes are fitting, if they are getting lose then it's probably just water retention.

Either you owe the scale or the scale owes you!

Try not to freak out. I think our bodies are just worried we are starving and they shut down a bit to try to store the weight. LOL....I have lots of stored weight that needs to go!
