Can't do anymore protein!

I'm 9 days post op. I've noticed I tend to not drink my 2 ounces of protein because I feel full for 2 to 3 hours after. I would rather sip water all day. I've only been getting about 4 to 6 oz of protein a day so I can drink water. I feel like I'm always thirsty

  • Try the Isopure clear protein drinks. I have never tried them and from what I have read here you either love them or hate them. You can get them at Vitamin Shop, they are expensive but you need some
