7 days out today...

Today is my 7 days post the surgery. While the weight loss is not significant I had a small victory of sorts today.

My doctor has just informed me that starting now I can stop all diabetes medications. pills and insulin that had kept me company twice a day are to be gone from now.

Just this has made the surgery worth the effort.

Of course, I need to monitor the sugar levels which i plan to do twice a day with the home machine.

Warm regards,

Nagaraj
