I can't drink any protein! Help

I am 3 weeks post op and have tried every kind of protein shake but they all make my stomach gurgle and then diarrhea! I even just spent $90 on a bunch of Isopure drinks and the same problem! I can't eat protein yet. I never get even close to 60 grams a day. I'm tired. I'm weak. Help!

Two questions:

1. Have you tried GNC Lean 25 shakes? (I love 'em.)

2. Why can't you drink the other Protein shakes you've tried?

Do you have this same problem with other full liquids like strained cream soups? What about yogurt?

Finally, I found powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury strawberry Sorbet. It's really good, to me, anyway. It still makes my tummy growl, but I don't get sick anymore! I got mine from my surgeons office the first time. They gave my several packets to try. The Strawberry won out, hands down. I will order it from Amazon when I run out. You can order a sample pack from Amazon or from the Unjury website. The send 2 packs of each flavor. Try it! Good luck to you!

I can't drink them because they all upset my stomach and then go straight through me. It's awful! I've tried making them with almond milk. I've tried pretty much all the pre made kinds. I thought it was the dairy because yogurt and cream soups do the same thing. So I tried the almond milk and the Isopure. They all went right through me. I'm not getting hardly any calories and what I do get dumps immediately.

I CAN'T DRINK THOSE DRINKS TOO SWEET, SO I FOUND A SOUP 1 CAN AT A TIME I COULD EAT AND LIVED ON THAT UNTIL I COULD TRY OTHER ONE .YOU WON'T DIE BY NOT DOING EVERYTHING OTHERS SAY TO DO JUST FIND SOMETHING YOU CAN EAT UNTIL YOU STOMACH SWELLING GOES DOWN BECAUSE IT WILL THEN YOU WILL FIND YOUR WAY.

Have you tried the protein waters? I believe they are non dairy.

I had the same issue. I'm fine now 2 months out. I can drink the protein but I can't have any thing sugar free still or I'm on the toilet. I was able to keep the premier on my stomach. You can get premier for 8.99 for 4 servings. It's not too bad. I found them here at Kroger in the pharmacy near the ensure

I'm having the same issue. I actually went to my friends house and he made me a peanut butter unjury chocolate shake and I tried the unjury chicken soup, both were pretty good. If u want the recipe, let me know.

I was having the same issue but I tried muscle milk and was able to drink it. It is non dairy.

It sounds like an issue with more than just Protein in if you can't do soups or yogurt either. Is there anything you CAN eat/drink at this point?

Im 18 days post op and Ive had like 2 or 3 shakes thats all It doesnt sit well in my stomach I tried switching to another brand and omg I got really sick it was bad Idk what to do
