I just had surgery a few days ago and have been living on protein water and yogurt... I need ideas of other things to make for some reason only ice cold things sit well with me. Thanks. All ideas appreciated.

Sugar free popsicles...I eat lots of those

I'm 4 days out and I do good to get 26 ounces a day in. It's super hard and still very painful

A few days out, protein shakes and yogurt were pretty much the only things I was allowed (along with water, of course). I was also allowed broth. I strained different kinds of broth-based soups, rather than just having plain broth for the extra flavor.

I wasn't allowed yogurt my first week (it is considered full liquids on my plan) but I was allowed:

Premier Protein

Popsicles

Jello

ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates

ProtiDiet chicken and tomato soups

Broth/bouillon
