Revision Buddy?

When I had my Lap-Band placed in 2009, I had met a girl at a support meeting who was having the band the day before I was. We've become great friends, and it was fabulous having someone going through the same thing at the same time to talk to, bounce ideas off, question, etc. I don't know anyone having revision surgery. My revision to bypass will be on May 19. Anyone in a similar situation need a virtual revision buddy?

I do i do i do! ! I don't have a surgery date yet though. I'm just going through the 6 month diet. May will be the 5th month. But when i had the band done i went through the process and met a girl getting the bypass. I'd love to have a buddy to lean on. ????

Hi there,

I had my band removed on 4/27, literally 3 days shy of having it for 12 years. I am still waiting for a surgery date as I am changing insurances and we are trying to get it done in July or August as opposed to September. I'd love some support and to also be someone to lean on.
