Good for you, I decided from the beginning not to weigh often and not compare myself to others.I weigh once a month and have consistently gone down and never up some months a lot some not much at all but I have always lost and that suits me fine good luck.Pippinleicester.

thanks guys i don't constantly weight myself either because thats disappointing and frustrating but now my next appointment isn't until July 22nd with my surgeon I'll just tried to weigh myself once a month
