If you are able to meet the required grams of daily protein through your diet, is it still necessary to drink Separate protein drink?

I CAN meet my required 76-95 grams without them.. but sometimes it is a super easy way to make sure I get there...

Also, it would depend on what your NUT says..

I agree with @@catlover2565

My nutritionist says that she prefers that we don't drink our Protein if at all possible. However, early on it may be more difficult getting 60+ grams from solid Proteins only.

However, I still mix a little bit of Protein Shake in my drinks throughout the day just to get a little extra. And because I have boxes of shakes. :)
