    Remember to keep a positive attitude and listen to your body. It knows what it needs. I wish you the best and know we are here to support you as much as we can. I had the by-pass done October 1st and I am over 100 pounds lighter. Love the change and how I feel about myself. :)

    I'm scheduled for 5/19 I have been trying to ready myself also. I keep thinking this is crazy, how on earth... and so on. I stopped drinking caffeine and wow my body is so mad about that already.
