Newbie ????

Hiya

I have just joined! I have my surgery on Friday! I am feeling nervous but also excited! It's so great to read about everyone's amazing weight loss journeys on here! I can't wait to start mine...

My surgeon does not do a liquid pre op just a low carb pre op so I am already enjoying eating healthy Protein based foods And have lost a few pounds. I have just got back from holiday and am so glad that it may be my last beach holiday where I am too embarrassed to go in the sea!

I am 28 years old and 5'7. I have 80lbs to loose to be in the healthy weight range.

Please let me know any last min tips!

Thank you! I have to be there at 11 and I am staying in for 2 nights. Feeling nervous but excited to get started! Everyone seems to be so positive about their experiences on here! Do you have to do a liquid pre op?
