Post op diet

Sleeved on tuesday and no real problems. In hotel for 3 days and not hungry at all. Got home yesterday and definitely feel mentally hungry. I am eating off my list but it did not say how much i can have of each. Today i had 1/2 cup of yogurt (2x). 1/2 protein shake, 2 popsicles,

I would work to make sure you are getting your Protein. Try to drink it throughout the day. Also make sure to get plenty of Water. Typically a meal is 2-4oz and you should have 3 meals per day.

I was also sleeved Tuesday. My doctor gave me a slip n slide diet. Basically it has to be able to slide off your plate and through a funnel with no problem ie jello, yogurt, protein shakes, soft scrambled eggs, soup broth is what I was given

Wow...you all were lucky....but I don't understand why you are not on a liquid diet for the next two weeks. You stomach is healing, and what if you were to get an infection from the foods you are eating.

Maybe this is why I have a great outcome so far. Hummmmm
