which H. Pylori blood test is accurate?

My pcp did two different blood test and I got one positive and one is negative. So he referred me to gi. Surgeon is going ahead with rny. I need to know if anyone has had hpylori and not treated before wls??

Hpylori tests that i had were stool tests no blood for it ................sorry dont think that helps out much huh

I tested positive through blood tests and was put on antibiotics for 14 days before my surgery.

I tested positive too and was treated for it for 14 days then tested again through a breath test...
