I am 7 days post op and for the last 3 or 4 days I have noticed constant plugging or pressure in my left ear. It doesn't hurt but everything sounds like I am in a tunnel and it's more annoying than anything. My nose is also running while this happens. I can't seem to tell when I am full. Is this an indication?

Some people can't feel any restriction until they move onto more solid foods. In the meantime follow the portion size instructions that your nutritionist gave you. I'm not sure how the ear issue is related. If it's concerning you might want to give you doctor a call and ask if it's anything you need to be worried about.
