Appetite

If u don't have an appetite for anything do u force yourself to eat or do u just not eat, I have not had an appetite at all and wen I force myself to eat or drink anything I get very nausea

Try to eat things inside your menu that are appealing to you, eat slowly and in small portions. Apetite is non existent for me too. You should eat though.

I eat three times per day, hungry or not.

I eat 3x per day too. I am 4 weeks out. I exceed fluid requirements but still don't hit the protein mark on a regular basis.
